The grounded Whyalla Airlines has struck a deal with a Qantas subsidiary to provide flights between Adelaide and Whyalla.
Airlines of South Australia will take over some Whyalla services under the arrangement.
The two companies said there would be two flights each way on weekdays and one flight each way on weekends.
The first was scheduled to leave Adelaide on Monday morning.
Whyalla Airlines managing director Chris Brougham said the flights had been made possible by combining the ground support services of his company with the aviation services of Airlines of South Australia, part of the Qantas group.
Whyalla Airlines has been grounded by the Civil Aviation Safety Authority following the crash of a Piper Chieftain on May 31 which killed all eight people on board.
The plane went down in South Australia's Spencer Gulf after suffering twin engine failure near the end of a routine flight from Adelaide to Whyalla.
